Monitoring
As an additional service we offer monitoring of your operating environment. So-called particle traps are applied at selected locations. These collect airborne contaminants over a defined period of time and thus offer the possibility to determine the cleanliness of the assembly environment or individual stations in addition to the direct examination of components.
The particles collected in this way are also evaluated by light microscopy and classified into the material classes metallic, non-metallic & fibres. This makes it possible to visualize influences mainly due to assembly and handling, but also through other cleanliness relevant activities. The installation can be done in coordination with us by your company, the traps will be sent to us for evvaluation.
